Gesinterte Fasermedien
Gesinterte Fasermedien oder Metallfaservliese werden aus verschiedenen Faserlagen mit Edelstahlfasern ab 2 μm Durchmesser gelegt, gesintert und kalandert. So entstehen gut zu verarbeitende Filtermedien aus korrosionsbeständigem, hitzebeständigem und stabilem Edelstahlmaterial mit präzisen Filtrationseigenschaften. Diese gesinterten Fasermedien können unterschiedlich ausgelegt sein, damit Filterfeinheit, Porosität, Schmutzaufnahmekapazität und Stabilität den Anforderungen entsprechen.
Gesinterter Fasermedien werden häufig in Brenneranwendungen eingesetzt, aber auch viele andere Industrien machen sich die hervorragenden Filtrationseigenschaften zu Nutze.
Ausgezeichnete Filtrationseigenschaften
Durch die Kombination von außergewöhnlicher Schmutzaufnahmekapazität und hervorragender Durchflusseigenschaften erzielen unsere gesinterten Fasermedien eine hohe Filtrationseffizienz. Hierbei bestimmen die präzise Auswahl von Faserdurchmessern und Flächengewicht den Erfolg.
Die Struktur des Metallfaservlieses ist so konstruiert, dass der Porendurchmesser über die gesamte Dicke gesteuert werden kann. Das Ergebnis ist eine abgestufte Porenstruktur. So fängt unser Faservlies die größeren Partikel in den äußeren Schichten auf, während kleinere Partikel tiefer in die Struktur eindringen können.
Damit erzielen unsere gesinterten Fasermedien eine höhere Schmutzaufnahmekapazität und folglich eine längere Lebensdauer im Betrieb. Unsere Metallfaservliese können auch als Oberflächenfilter konfiguriert werden, um Partikel an der Außenschicht abzufangen, wenn Sie Rückspülanwendungen wünschen.

Wir bieten Vliese in verschiedenen Werkstoffen an: 1.4301/6, 1.4401/4, Nickel, Hastelloy und FeCrAl. Unsere maximale lieferbare Plattengröße liegt bei 1.500 x 1.200 mm.
