Les toiles de criblage tissées sont fabriquées au moyen de fils pré-ondulés. Les fils sont soit pré-ondulés avant le tissage, soit pourvus de coudes au moyen d’un procédé de poinçonnage en présence de fils plus épais. Le mode de tissage est d’abord déterminé par la formation du fil (ondulation). Les types de tissage standards sont décrits dans la norme ISO 4783/3.

Les outils de sertissage correspondants doivent être disponibles. Dorstener Drahtwerke dispose d’outils pour toutes les dimensions standard. Si nous devons fabriquer des outils, cela peut être fait en quelques jours.

Si le facteur de coût est décisif, les toiles de criblage tissées sont réalisées en fil nu et fil galvanisé. Les nuances en acier inoxydable les plus utilisées sont 1.4301(AISI 304), 1.4401 (AISI 316) et 1.4016 (AISI 430). Nous proposons également les matériaux duplex et autres types d’acier inoxydable sur demande. Les types d’acier inoxydable haute résistance (par ex. 1.4310 /AISI 301) et les toiles en acier à ressort (DIN EN 10270) offrent une meilleure résistance à l’abrasion et un meilleur comportement face aux vibrations.

Modes de livraison

Pour les toiles de criblage, les largeurs et longueurs souhaitées sont soit tissées directement soit découpées à partir de rouleaux déjà fabriqués. La largeur maximale est de 2.500 mm. La longueur peut être librement choisie, mais, pour des raisons de logistique, elle ne devra pas dépasser 3000 mm en ce qui concerne les fils d’un diamètre supérieur à 3,0 mm. Les toiles d’un diamètre inférieur à 3,0 mm peuvent être conditionnées en rouleaux.
