SinterPore™ Filter Elements

Nous réalisons les éléments SinterPore en premier lieu pour l’exploration du pétrole et du gaz, pour les centrales électriques, pour la séparation de solides/ liquides industriels et pour la fluidisation.

Les couches de toiles métalliques reliées par diffusion (frittées), améliorent les propriétés de filtration des toiles superposées. SinterPore permet la création de filtres qui ajoutent de nouvelles propriétés aux avantages déjà existants de la toile métallique.

Pour l’exploration de pétrole et de gaz

Nos filtres de contrôle à sable avec un filtre SinterPore stratifié et fritté d’une finesse de filtration de 40–600 μm ont fait leurs preuves depuis de longues années. La bonne adaptation de l’élément à l’environnement est importante au niveau de la performance en continu.

Le développement de nouveaux éléments présentant de meilleures conditions de débit et des durées d’usage prolongées sont en permanente évolution. Les filtres à toiles monocouches présentent une bonne alternative dans certaines conditions d’utilisation.

Nos filtres sont réalisés en acier AISI 304, 304L, 316, 316L, Alloy 20, Alloy 600 et Alloy 625.

Séparation de solides/liquides

En fonction des spécifications du client, nous fabriquons des éléments de filtrage pour la filtration de l’eau, des produits chimiques et des matières plastiques. Nous utilisons des matériaux résistant à la corrosion et à la chaleur d’une finesse de filtration de 2-600 μm.

Les grands filtres, comme les filtres de ballast se composent de plusieurs sections.

Fluidification

Les couches de toiles métalliques SinterPore Hi-Perm et Lo-Perm conviennent parfaitement à la fluidification de matériaux à consistance poudreuse moyennant la technique de fluidisation, ils conviennent aux gouttières transporteuses et à l’aération.

Les situations difficiles au niveau du transport, des températures trop élevées ou un environnement sensible à la corrosion ne posent plus aucun problème.
