Fil d’acier à haute teneur en carbone

Lorsque des forces puissantes sont à l’œuvre –Dans notre usine d’Altena, nous tirons du fil machine du fil d’acier avec une teneur en carbone de max. 0,88 % avec les propriétés suivantes dans notre usine d’Altena :

  • Détartrage chimique
  • Revêtement avant emboutissage selon vos besoins et possibilités techniques
  • Gamme de tailles : 0,80 mm – 14,00 mm
  • Résistance à la traction selon EN 10270-1, classe SL, partiellement SM, ou selon vos besoins en fonction du diamètre et de la nuance d’acier
  • Vous déterminez la surface finale :
    • phosphaté
    • brillant
    • cuivré
    • galvanisé à chaud(0,80 – 7,0 mm)
  • Sur des bobines en métal ou en bois (jusqu’à 2,5 mm max.), en anneaux ou en bobines
