Transport per Hand bei einem Spulengewicht von ca. 95 kg (!), umständlicher Kraneinsatz oder gar das produktschädigende Rollen von MP100 Spulen gehören der Vergangenheit an. Dank des von uns entwickelten Spulentransportwagens stellt das sichere und mühelose Befördern der Spule von der Palette zum Einsatzort kein Problem mehr dar.

Darüber hinaus kann man den Wagen platzsparend parken, wenn man ihn nicht im Einsatz hat.

Stapelbox

Mit unserer Stapelbox kann man leere MP100/ BICO 100 Spulen bequem sammeln. Die Lagerung in der Stapelbox ermöglicht eine schonende Aufbewahrung der Spulen, damit diese mehrfach verwendet werden können.

Sobald die Füllkapazität von ca. 90 Spulen erreicht ist, organisieren wir kostenfrei die Abholung und Bereitstellung einer neuen Stapelbox an Ihrem Produktionsstandort.

Gemeinsam reduzieren wir so erheblich den Spulenverbrauch und leisten so einen entscheidenden Beitrag zum Umweltschutz.

Solange die Stapelbox nicht im Einsatz ist, kann sie zusammengeklappt und platzsparend untergebracht werden.

SWL 1 ist auf die Oberflächenbeschichtung unserer Heftdrähte abgestimmt und ergänzt deren hervorragende Oberflächeneigenschaften.

SWL W unterstützt speziell die sehr guten Gleiteigenschaften und die Leichtgängigkeit des Heftdrahtes aus unseren Easydrums.

Erhältlich sind SWL 1 und W jeweils in 1 Liter und 5 Liter Gebinden. Für die 1 Liter Gebinde gibt es optional eine Sprühtülle.
