Drahtgewebe / Edelstahlgewebe

DDD Drahtgewebe gehören zur ersten Wahl – ob als Edelstahlgewebe für Filtrations- und Siebaufgaben, als Anwendung in der Mikroelektronik, der Architektur und vielen weiteren Bereichen. Unser korrosions- und hitzebeständiges Edelstahlgewebe wird in zahllosen Industrien eingesetzt. Nicht nur Edelstahl, sondern auch andere verwebbare Metalle wie Messing, Kupfer, Eisen und Federstahl werden bei uns zu Metallgewebe verarbeitet.

Die Anwendung des Drahtgewebes bestimmt dessen technische Eigenschaften und Bearbeitung. Filterfeinheiten und -eigenschaften, die Eignung zum Absieben, die Fähigkeit zum Tragen und Schützen, zur Verformbarkeit und Bearbeitung, sowie Stabilität, werden in erster Linie durch Stärke der Drähte, Größe der Masche und Webart (Bindung) festgelegt.

Wir produzieren – mehr als nur Standard

Drahtgewebe wird bei uns seit über 60 Jahren auf automatischen Webmaschinen hergestellt. Die Ausbildung und Erfahrung der Weber, eine zuverlässige Maschinentechnik und geeignete Qualitätssicherungssysteme sind entscheidende Voraussetzungen für die fachgerechte Umsetzung in der Gewebefertigung und der Weiterverarbeitung.

Drahtgewebe – als Rolle, Streifen oder Zuschnitt auf Maß

Unsere maximale Webbreite beträgt für viele Gewebe 3.000 mm. Daneben weben wir auch schmale Gewebe mit Webkante. Der schmalste Streifen, welchen wir in unserer Weiterverarbeitung aus feinem Gewebe als Rollenware schneiden können, ist 10,0 mm breit. Die Rollenlänge kann auch bis 300 lfdm gewählt werden. Häufig wird diese durch Gewicht und Transportfähigkeit begrenzt. Breite und Länge der Drahtgewebe werden entweder gemäß Kundenwunsch gewebt oder anschließend von uns zugeschnitten – die Standardrollen sind 25–50 m lang.

Werkstoffe: Edelstahl und viele weitere

Die heute am häufigsten verwendeten Edelstahlwerkstoffe sind 1.4301, 1.4401, 1.4404 und 1.4016. Dabei fertigen wir Duplexwerkstoffe und andere hitzebeständigen Edelstahlsorten auf Anfrage. Edelstahlgewebe aus hochfesten Edelstahlsorten (z.B. 1.4310) und Federstahlgewebe (DIN EN 10270) bieten eine höhere Abriebfestigkeit und ein verbessertes Schwingungsverhalten. Wir liefern Ihnen das passende Gewebe für Ihre Anwendung.

Filtergewebe

Zur Filtration werden meist Edelstahlgewebe mit eng aneinander liegenden Drähten hergestellt. Die Maschenöffnung wird auch als Filterfeinheit oder Porengröße angegeben, hat eher eine dreieckige Form und ist mit einfachen Messmitteln nicht genau geometrisch messbar. Jedoch lässt sich die Filterfeinheit aus der Geometrie errechnen oder im Versuch – möglichst unter Einsatzbedingungen – ermitteln. Filtergewebe haben Feinheiten von 5 bis 500 μm, können aber abhängig vom sich bildenden Filterkuchen in der Anwendung auch noch deutlich feinere Werte erzielen.

Gewebte Gitter

Gewebte Drahtgitter stellen wir in vielfältigen Varianten zum Sieben, Schützen, Tragen, Dekorieren und für viele weitere Anwendungen her. Neben den allseits bekannten Wellengittern und Stanzgittern gibt es weitere technisch und optisch interessante Gitterformen.

Unsere gewebten Drahtgitter werden aus vorgekröpften Drähten hergestellt. Folglich werden die Drähte entweder mit Kröpfrädern vor dem Weben gekröpft oder auch, im Besonderen bei dicken Drähten, in einem Stanzvorgang mit Kröpfungen versehen. Hierbei bestimmt in erster Linie die Art der Vorkröpfung die Webart. In der ISO 4783/3 sind die Standardwebarten beschrieben.

Sandwichgewebe

Zwischen den Längs- und Querdrähten eines Schweißgitters verschweißen wir feinere Drahtgewebe. Auf diese Weise kombinieren wir zwei wichtige Eigenschaften: die Stabilität eines Gitters und die präzise Filtration unter Zuhilfenahme eines feinen Gewebes. Dadurch sind große Flächen, sowie erhöhte Belastung auf diese Weise kein Problem für die DDD-Sandwichgewebe, aus denen wir unsere Partikelfilter konzipieren. Wir erzeugen so Lüftungsgitter, großflächige, stabile Filtermedien oder dekorative Raumteiler.

Ebenso finden unsere Sandwichgewebe Anwendung in der Landwirtschaft als Anzuchtbehälter in der Hydroponik – die Möglichkeiten mit unseren Produkten sind vielfältig.

Drahtgewebe liefern wir zügig aus unserem vollständigen Lagersortiment. Zudem bieten wir zahlreiche Veredelungs- und Konfektionsarbeiten an, mit denen wir unsere Kunden effektiv unterstützen und einen schnellen Einsatz ermöglichen.

Rollenware, in Streifen geschnitten (ab 10 mm Breite), tiefgezogen, einfache Zuschnitte oder per Laser geschnittene Teile – wir liefern Ihnen für die weitere Bearbeitung z.B. in Stanzereien, zum Falten oder auch zum Schneiden, die passenden Zuschnitte oder Formteile.
